Returns and Exchanges
Delivery times are extended, and exchanges and returns are accepted until January 31, 2027, for any order placed up to January 15, 2027.
Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
Returns are free for all exchange or store credit requests. For refund requests, a return fee of €10 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
