Warranty
2-year quality warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. Leather is a premium, living material that grows more beautiful over time. While our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your belt, it is no substitute for appropriate maintenance. It does not cover signs of wear-and-tear associated with age and intense usage. To keep your belt looking good, we encourage you to read our care tips.
The warranty covers:
• Buckle breakage: If the buckle breaks, we will replace this for free.
• Leather tears: If the leather tears, we will repair or replace it.
• Stitching defects: Any defective stitching will be fixed.
The warranty does not cover:
• Scratches: Superficial marks on the leather are normal and are not covered by the warranty.
• Natural changes in the leather: As leather is a natural material, it may develop a patina and warp slightly over time.
• Patina or wear-and-tear: The aged look that results from normal leather use is not considered a defect.
• Damage caused by inappropriate use: knocks, stains and discolouration caused by harsh products are not covered.

Making a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at eboutique@maisonboinet.fr with photos of your belt and your proof of purchase. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
