What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
To reduce our environmental impact, we encourage you to choose your belt carefully using our size guide. As our belts are made to measure, there is limited scope for returns.
If the product is not right, you will have 15 days from package receipt to lodge a returns request in your account on the Maison Boinet website. The products must not have been worn or be custom-engraved.
Returns are free of charge for any request for exchange or credit. If a refund has been requested, a return fee of € 10 will be deducted from the amount reimbursed. We will provide the refund within 10 days of receiving your return. This will be paid directly, via the same payment method used for the order. In the event of an exchange, delivery will be free of charge to the pick-up point or €10 for home delivery.
