Delivery to a collection point in France is free for all orders, and €10 for home delivery. Products are delivered in a white pouch inside a blue box. See our delivery FAQs . Your invoice will be available in your account.
Returns and exchanges
Easy and free, within 15 days. Returns are free for all exchange or credit requests. In case of refund request, a €10 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. See our FAQ for return instructions and conditions.
