Commandes

We deliver within Metropolitan France (excluding overseas departments and territories), throughout the European Union, and the United States

You have two options:

- Create an account, thus saving your personal information for future orders and enabling you to retrieve all information associated with your orders in your account.

- Place an order without creating an account.

You can, however, create an account later using the email address entered in your order. You will receive an email instructing you to activate your account, and will then able to retrieve all your information (order tracking, invoices, any returns etc...)
Before confirming your order, you will have the option of entering a personalised message that will be printed out and included with your order. The message will be written in a card, which will in turn be placed inside a Maison Boinet envelope.
Each belt is carefully packaged in a white cloth pouch, which is then placed inside a blue gift box made from recyclable cardboard – stylish and eco-friendly in one.
This case is then placed inside an anonymous protective box for shipping.

Manufacturing Time
Most of our belts are made to order to avoid waste. We ensure manufacturing within 8 working days from order confirmation. We commit to handing the package over to our carrier at the end of these 8 days. The carrier will then deliver the order within the maximum timeframe indicated below.
Some of our belts are in stock; we commit to handing these over to the carrier within 2 working days.

Delivery Times
The indicated delivery time is provided by UPS for informational purposes and corresponds to the timeframe excluding major events.

If one of your items is damaged or if the items delivered do not match your order, please contact our Customer Service department at eboutique@maisonboinet.fr or get in touch using our contact form.

- Log in to your Maison Boinet customer area
- In the “My Orders” section, click on “Return Request”.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate you want a refund.

To make your return as easy as possible, we will issue a prepaid shipping label for you to use. A $40 handling and return fee will be deducted from your total refund. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund.

Please note that exchanges are not available for orders shipped to the United States. If you require a different size or model, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

When returning the item, please place the item(s) in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documents provided, as well as the delivery note. We recommend that you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any item that is not returned, returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn will not be eligible for a refund.

All personalized items cannot be exchanged.

To minimize our environmental footprint, please carefully select your belt using our size guide. As our belts are custom-made, returns are limited.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return through your Maison Boinet account online. Products must not have been worn or personalized with an engraving.

US

FRANCE and EUROPEAN UNION
Returns are free for all exchange or store credit requests. For refund requests, a return fee of €10 will be deducted from the refunded amount. We process refunds within a maximum of 10 days after receiving your return, directly to the original payment method used for the order. For exchanges, the reshipment costs are those applied on the website.
