Most of our models are made to order to avoid waste. Therefore, delivery times are 10 working days (4 if the product is in stock). Please note that during busy periods, this time may be extended.
Delivery
Free shipping is included, and all taxes and customs duties are built into the product price. You won't have any additional fees to pay upon delivery.
Products are delivered in a white pouch inside a blue box. See our FAQ about deliveries. Your invoice will be available in your account.
Returns and Exchanges
Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
To make your return as easy as possible, we will issue a prepaid shipping label for you to use. A $40 handling and return fee will be deducted from your total refund.
You have a 15-day window after receiving your package to send it back to us for a refund.
Please note that exchanges are not available for orders shipped to the United States. If you require a different size or model, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

You can add a personalization for free either with a date in XX.XX format, or with initials (3 characters maximum), hot stamped with a gold film.
