France Delivery: Free to a Pickup Point, €10 for home delivery.
Products are delivered in a white pouch inside a blue box. See the frequently asked questions about deliveries. Your invoice will be available in your account.
Returns and Exchanges
Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
Returns are free for all exchange or store credit requests. For refund requests, a return fee of €10 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Due to the unique nature of each customization, personalized products can be neither exchanged nor returned. See our FAQ for return instructions and conditions.
