- Log in to your Maison Boinet customer area
- In the “My Orders” section, click on “Return Request”.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate whether it is an exchange or a refund.
- In the case of an exchange, please enter the new size or color in the dedicated space.
- In the case of a refund, a return fee of €10 will be deducted from the refunded amount. We will issue refunds within a maximum of 10 days after receiving your return, directly to the payment method used when ordering.

When returning the item, please place the item(s) in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documents provided, as well as the delivery note. We recommend that you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any item that is not returned, returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All personalized items cannot be exchanged.
